Article 1 - Stakeholder
The ITER International Fusion Energy Organization (hereinafter referred to as
"the ITER Organization"), represented by the Director-General
The ITER Organization is a joint international research and development project
that aims to demonstrate the scientific and technical feasibility of fusion power.
The partners in the project - the ITER Parties - are the European Union
(represented by EURATOM), the Japan, the People’s Republic of China, the India,
the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation and the USA. ITER will be
constructed in Europe, at Cadarache in the South of France.
In April 2009, the Organization has about 500 directly employed and seconded
staff as well a number of contracted staff. In addition to staff there are also about
100 visitors per month which demand taxi services.
Its staffing numbers are expected to double, as ITER continues to expand and
establish itself permanently in Cadarache.
Article 1 - Partie prenante
L’Organisation International pour l’énergie de fusion ITER, (ci-après
dénommée «l'Organisation ITER»), représenté par le Directeur général.
L'organisation ITER est un projet commun de recherche et de développement
international qui vise à démontrer la faisabilité scientifique et technique de la
fusion nucléaire. Les partenaires du projet - les membres ITER - sont l'Union
européenne (représentée par EURATOM), le Japon, la République Populaire de
Chine, l'Inde, la Corée, la Fédération de Russie et les États-Unis. ITER sera
construit en Europe, à Cadarache dans le Sud de la France.
En Avril 2009, l'Organisation comprend environ 500 personnes, composée
d’employés, de personnel en détachement, ainsi qu’un certain nombre de
personne en prestation de service. De plus, chaque mois, ITER accueil environ
100 visiteurs, qui implique également la prestation de taxi.
Ces effectifs devraient doubler, puisque ITER continue à se développer et
s’établit de façon permanente á Cadarache.

Article 2 - Subject and duration
Article 2 - Objet et durée
2.1 - Title attributed to the contract
Services for the transport of passengers by car for the benefit of the ITER
Organization
2.1 - Intitulé du contrat
Prestations de transport de voyageurs par voiture pour ITER Organisation.
2.2 - Subject
The ITER Organization needs transport of person services for the transport of
its staff and for agreed meetings / missions.
The services should include:
• Organization and centralization of vehicles’ ordered by faxes or by e-mail,
• Availability, monitoring and management of fares,
• Invoicing and provision of items (fax, emails) for control and use of
vehicles.
Transport of person consists in people transportation from a location to another
by a car with a driver including a notion of distance and time usually called
“fare”.
Description of services and their specifications are detailed in article 4.
2.2 - Objet
L'Organisation ITER, a la nécessité d’utiliser des prestations de transport de
personnes pour le transport de son personnel et notamment pour les réunions
et missions hors site :
La prestation devra inclure:
• la centralisation et la gestion des demandes de véhicules émises par
courriel ou par télécopie par le personnel ITER,
• la disponibilité, contrôle et gestion des courses,
• la facturation et la provision de pièces justificative (télécopie ou
courriel) afin de contrôler l'utilisation des véhicules.
Le transport de personnes ou course de taxis, consiste à transporter une ou
plusieurs personnes d'un lieu vers un autre á l’aide d’une voiture et de son
chauffeur, incluant les notions de distance et de temps.

La description des prestations et leurs spécifications sont détaillées dans
l'article 4.
2.3 - Duration of contract
The contract will be concluded for a duration of 36 (thirty six) months from
the date when the contracts is signed by the ITER Organization.
2.3 - Durée du contrat
Le contrat sera conclue pour une durée de 36 (trente six) mois à compter de la
date à laquelle le contrat sera signé par l'Organisation ITER.
Article 3 - Offer structure
Article 3 - Structure de l’offre
3.1 - Categories
The offer is subdivided in 2 (two) independent categories as follows:
• Category 1: Normal taxi services
The normal taxi services for transportation in the “Provence-Alpes Côtes-
d’Azur” region. This service can be rendered without taxi license as it is
assimilates the transport of persons due to the need of an order (fax ou e-mail).
• Category 2: VIP services
The VIP services are with premium cars with drivers for punctual travels with
high level services. This service can be rendered without taxi license as it is
assimilates the transport of persons due to the need of an order (fax ou e-mail).
The tenderer can tender for one category and/or the two categories of services.
The tenderer should indicate for which category/categories he is tendering in the
annex 1.
3.1 - Catégories
L'offre est divisée en 2 (deux) catégories indépendantes, comme suit:
• Catégorie 1: les prestations de taxi standard
Les prestations classiques de taxi de transport des individus en région
Provence-Alpes-Côte-D’azur. Ce service peut être rendu sans licence taxi car
il est assimilé au transport de personnes du fait qu’il nécessite une commande
(fax ou e-mail).

• Catégorie 2: les prestations de transports VIP
Les prestations VIP sont effectuées avec des voitures de prestige avec
chauffeurs, pour des déplacements ponctuels, exigeant des prestations de haut
niveau. Ce service peut être rendu sans licence taxi car il est assimilé au
transport de personnes du fait qu’il nécessite une commande (fax ou e-mail).
Les candidats peuvent répondre pour une seule catégorie ou pour les deux
catégories de prestations.
Le candidat indiquera dans l’annexe 1, la ou les catégories pour lesquelles il
répond.
3.2 - Annual volume estimation
The forecasted annual fares volume is as follows:
• Category 1:
Based on general tariffs approximately between 150,000.00 € and
250,000.00 €
• Category 2:
Approximately between 5 and 20 services per year
These volumes are just given for indication
3.2 - Estimation du volume annuel

Article 4 - Services description
Article 4 - Description des services
4.1 - Location and timetable
The contractor commits to ensure the transportation of the ITER Organization
staff by the availability of cars mainly in the “Region Provence-Alpes Côtes-
d’Azur”.
The booking services will be provided between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m., Monday
to Friday.
The fares can take place every day of the week (including Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays) 24 hours on 24 hours.
4.1 - Horaires et Lieu
Le contractant s'engage à assurer le transport du personnel de l'Organisation
ITER, principalement dans la Région Provence-Alpes Côte-d’Azur », par la
disponibilité de ses véhicules.
Les horaires de réservation seront assurés entre 8h00 et 18h00, du lundi au
vendredi.
Les prestations peuvent avoir lieu tous les jours de la semaine (y compris les
samedis, dimanches et jours fériés) 24 heures sur 24 heures.
4.1.1. Category 1 (normal taxi services)
The contractor commits to satisfy the demand by the availability of a vehicle at
the agreed location:
• In the case of a booked fare:
At the time requested when booked. The ITER Organization will give a
minimum 12 hours notice of requiring a vehicle. If the contractor does not
receive the minimum notice they will make all reasonable attempts to satisfy
the request.
• In the case of a fare with immediate effect (punctual demand):
Within a maximum response time of 1 hour after the fax or e-mail from an
ITER Organization staff. The flexibility of the tenderer regarding the
response time for fares with immediate effect will be evaluated.

4.1.1. Catégorie 1 (prestation standard de taxi)
Le contractant s'engage à répondre à la demande de présentation du véhicule
au lieu convenu:
• Dans le cas d'une prestation réservé:
A l’horaire prévu lors de la réservation. L'Organisation ITER
effectuera chaque réservation au minimum 12 heures avant l’heure
convenue. Si le prestataire ne reçoit pas ce préavis il s’engage
cependant à faire de son mieux pour satisfaire à la demande.
• Dans le cas d'une demande de prestation immédiate (demande
ponctuelle):
Sous 1 heure à partir de l’horaire d’envoie de la télécopie ou du
courriel du personnel de l'Organisation ITER.
La flexibilité et la réactivité des candidats devront être détaillées dans l’offre
et seront évaluées.
4.1.2. Category 2 (VIP services)
The contractor commits to satisfy the demand by the availability of a car and
driver at the agreed location at the time requested when booked. The ITER
Organization will give a minimum 12 hours notice of requiring a fare. If the
contractor does not receive the minimum notice they will make all reasonable
attempts to satisfy the request.
4.1.2. Catégorie 2 (la prestation VIP)
Le contractant s'engage à répondre à la demande de présentation de transport
de personne à l'endroit convenu au moment demandé lors de réservation.
L'Organisation ITER transmettra sa requête au minimum 12 heures avant la
prestation. Si le prestataire ne reçoit pas cet avis, il s’engage cependant à
faire de son mieux pour satisfaire à la demande.
4.2 - Contractor obligations
The selected contractor will have to put in place all the needed human and
technical means for an optimal performance of the services.
The selected contractor has to be legally authorised to provide these types of
services and has to provide evidence that he possesses the necessary licences.
4.2 - Obligation du prestataire
Le prestataire retenu devra mettre en place tous les moyens techniques et
humains nécessaires à l’exécution des prestations.

Le prestataire retenu devra avoir les habilitations nécessaires à l’exercice de
cette prestation et fournir les preuves qu’il possède les autorisations
nécessaires.
4.2.1. Human means
It is the responsibility of the contractor to determine and assign to the services
the appropriate human resources.
As such he assures the remuneration and the training of his staff. He takes out
insurance against all risks involved in carrying out its activities and ensures the
ITER Organization of any obligation in this regard.
The tenderers will have to justify they are correctly insured by enclosing a
copy of staff insurance documents.
Moreover, the drivers will be suitably qualified and experienced, well dressed and
the firms selected will operate a non-smoking policy in the cars (before and
during the fares). All the drivers should have a command of at least basic English
in order to communicate with ITER Organization staff.
The drivers cannot refuse any customers recommended or requested by ITER
unless there are profound and justified reasons for doing so.
In order to respect the security rules of the CEA Cadarache and the ITER
Organization, an investigation will be done for each driver.
4.2.1. Les moyens humains
Il est de la responsabilité du prestataire de déterminer et d’attribuer à la
prestation les moyens humains qui conviennent.
Comme tel, il assure la rémunération et la formation de son personnel. Il
contracte les assurances nécessaires à ce type d’activités et dégage ITER de
ce type de responsabilité.
Le prestataire aura à justifier que son personnel est dument assuré en
transmettant les documents relatifs aux assurances.
Les chauffeurs auront l’expérience et les qualifications nécessaires, et seront
vêtus d’une tenue correcte. De plus l’entreprise sélectionnée établira une
politique non fumeur á intérieur du véhicule (hors et pendant la prestation).
Les chauffeurs devront avoir des notions d’anglais au moins élémentaires afin
de pouvoir communiquer avec le personnel ITER.
Les conducteurs ne pourront en aucune manière refuser un quelconque client
recommandé ou réclamé par ITER sauf raison majeur et justifiée.
Dans le respect des procédures de sécurité du CEA et d’ITER, une enquête
concernant chaque chauffeur sera ordonnée.

4.2.2. Technical means
It is the responsibility of the contractor to determine and allocate to the services
the appropriate technical means as mentioned in his offer.
The contractor takes out insurance against all risks involved in carrying out its
activities and ensures the ITER Organization of any obligation in this regard.
The tenderers will have to justify they are correctly insured by enclosing a
copy of car insurance documents.
Moreover, in application of the taxi regulations, the independent drivers to whom
the contractor entrusts are responsible under all circumstances of his car
condition, of its compliance with regulations and its insurance. The passenger
transportation is carried out under their whole responsibility.
The cars will be, cleaned and well maintained.
The tenderers will enclose a statement indicating the cars they use to
perform the services. This statement shall include for each car; the brand and
type, the main characteristics (level of comfort, number of seating...)
The ITER Organization is requesting a minimum of 10 vehicles available at the
same time for the Category 1. Moreover, at least one 6-8 seats car is required in
order to perform group transportations.
For the Category 2, two cars shall be available at the same time.
4.2.2. Moyens techniques
Il est de la responsabilité du prestataire de déterminer et d’allouer à la
prestation les moyens techniques appropriés mentionnés dans son offre.
Le prestataire contracte les assurances nécessaires à cette activité et dégage
ITER de ce type de responsabilité.
Le candidat devra justifier qu'il est correctement assuré en joignant la copie de
son document d'assurance automobile.
En outre, en application de la réglementation concernant les taxis, le
conducteur indépendant à qui l'entrepreneur confie sa prestation, est, en
toutes les circonstances, responsable de son véhicule, de sa conformité avec la
réglementation et des modalités d’assurance obligatoires. Le transport de
passagers est effectué sous son entière responsabilité.
Les véhicules seront propres et bien entretenus.
Les candidats joindront une déclaration précisant que les voitures qu'ils
utilisent sont en adéquation avec la prestation. Cette déclaration doit

comprendre pour chaque véhicule, la marque et le type, les principales
caractéristiques (niveau de confort, le nombre de places ...)
Pour la catégorie 1, ITER demande un minimum de 10 véhicules disponibles
simultanément. En outre, un véhicule de 6-8 places au minima serait
nécessaire pour effectuer les transports de groupe.
Concernant la catégorie 2, deux véhicules doivent pouvoir être disponibles
simultanément.
Article 5 - Pricing
The tenderers have to fill the pricing data sheet enclosed with flat rates prices
(Annex 1 Pricing data). The proposed fares list is not exhaustive. The tenderers
must indicate to which Category or Categories they are tendering for.
The prices are split in two categories:
Day prices: from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Night prices: from 7.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.
Important:
The fare price from taxis companies should be given respecting the minimum
and the maximum of the “tarif préfectoral en vigueur” (except for Category 2).
This price is established from the starting location and time until location and
time of arrival of the passengers. The price is a fixed price until end of year 2009
and will follow the maximum augmentation given by ministerial decrees for the
next years. The price will be evaluated
The prices include all costs linked to the services provided by the contractor.
Article 5 - Prix
Les candidats doivent remplir la fiche de tarifs de prix jointe et cela avec des
prix au forfait (annexe 1 « pricing data »). La proposition des trajets n'est pas
exhaustive et constitue un moyen d’évaluer les niveaux de prix.
Les candidats doivent indiquer sur ce document la catégorie ou les catégories
auxquelles ils répondent.
Les prix sont divisés en deux catégories:
Les tarifs en journée : de 7h00à 18h59
Les tarifs de nuit: 19h00 à 6h59
Important:
Le tarif des compagnies de taxis devra être présenté en respectant le minimum
et le maximum du "tarif préfectoral en vigueur". Ce prix est établi du lieu de
départ et d’arrivée et de l'heure d'arrivée des passagers. Le prix est fixe
jusqu'à la fin de l'année 2009 et suivra l'augmentation maximale donnée par

les arrêtés ministériels pour les prochaines années. Le prix sera évalué

Article 6 - Operating rules
Article 6 - Règles de fonctionnement
6.1 - Category 1
In the practice the ITER Organization assistants will book (order) the vehicles by
fax or e-mail (please see annex 2). It means the contractor must have an office in
order to receive all the booking with a person in charge of the booking. Only one
person from the contractor will be the point of contact for all the ITER
Organization assistants.
A list of names of the assistants authorized to book the services will be
communicated to the contractor.
The contractor will have to confirm the booking by fax or e-mail, provide the
mobile phone number of the driver in charge and the price of the fare. Moreover,
the driver should give a receipt to the traveller at the end of the fare.
The contractor will manage where possible and practicable that vehicles will be
shared; this may involve waiting times of up to 20 minutes.
The contractor should provide a commercial offer especially the booking
system and method chosen to answer to the needs of the ITER Organization.
This should include the forecasted maximum response times for the fares with
immediate effect.
A monthly invoice per department (9 departments existing today) with a detailed
breakdown (see annex 3) of all requests will be submitted by the contractor to the
ITER Organization. The ITER Organization will accept invoices only from a
sole company. If the contractor is working through an association, consortium or
with subcontractors, he should managed internally the reinvoicing.
6.1 - Catégorie 1
Les assistantes de l’organisation ITER réserveront les véhicules par télécopie
ou par courriel (voir annexe 2). Cela signifie que le titulaire du contrat doit
avoir un bureau afin de réceptionner l’ensemble des réservations avec une
personne dédiée qui sera l’unique point de contact des assistantes d’ITER.
Une liste des noms des assistantes autorisées à réserver les véhicules sera
communiquée au titulaire.

Le titulaire devra confirmer la réservation par télécopie ou par courriel, et
indiquer le numéro de téléphone mobile du chauffeur en charge de la
prestation ainsi que le prix de la course. De plus, le chauffeur devra fournir à
son client un reçu de transport.
Dans la mesure du possible, le prestataire devra gérer le fait que des courses
soient groupées, ce qui peut impliquer des temps d'attente pouvant aller
jusqu'à 20 minutes.
Le Candidat devra fournir une offre commerciale mettant particulièrement en
relief le système de réservation et la méthode choisie pour répondre aux
besoins de l'organisation ITER. Celle-ci devra inclure les prévisions maximum
des temps de réponse pour les prestations à effet immédiat.
Une facture mensuelle par département (9 à ce jour), avec un chiffrage
détaillé de toutes les demandes sera présentée par le contractant à ITER (voir
annexe 3). L'Organisation ITER acceptera uniquement les factures d'une seule
entreprise. Si l'entrepreneur œuvre par le biais d'une association, d’un
groupement ou avec des sous-traitants, il doit gérer lui-même sa refacturation.
6.2 - Category 2
The booking of services for Category 2 will be validated after acceptance from
the ITER Organization of a quotation by fax or e-mail. It means the ITER
Organization assistants will make requests for quotation for each need and then
accept the quotation by return.
A list of names of the assistants authorized to book the services will be
communicate to the contractor.
The contractor will invoice ITER Organization for each service rendered,
enclosing all the documents proving the use of the services (faxes and e-mails).
The invoice shall be addressed to the Finance and Budget Division of the ITER
Organization. The ITER Organization will accept invoices only from a sole
company. If the contractor is working through an association, consortium or
with subcontractors, he should manage internally the re-invoicing.
6.2 - Catégorie 2
Concernant la réservation pour la prestation de catégorie 2, celle-ci sera
validée après acceptation du devis transmis par le prestataire. Chaque
prestation de seconde catégorie fera l’objet d’une demande de devis soumise à
acceptation.
La liste des assistantes habilitées à œuvrer avec le prestataire lui sera
communiquée.
Une facture mensuelle par département (9 à ce jour), avec un chiffrage
détaillé (voir annexe 3) de toutes les demandes sera présentée par le
contractant à ITER. L'Organisation ITER acceptera uniquement les factures
d'une seule entreprise. Si l'entrepreneur œuvre par le biais d'une association,

d’un groupement ou avec des sous-traitants, il doit gérer lui-même sa
refacturation.
6.3 - Accessibility to the sites
It is the responsibility of the contractor, in cooperation with the appropriate
services, to undertake the necessary actions for obtaining access to both ITER
and CEA sites.
6.3 - Accessibilité aux sites
Il est de la responsabilité du prestataire, en coopération avec les services
concernés, d’entreprendre les actions nécessaires à l’obtention des accès pour
les sites d’ITER et du CEA.
Article 7 - Obligation of discretion
The contractor is for him or any other person acting on his behalf to keep
confidential all information, documents and information concerning persons
transported and their destination. A confidentiality declaration will be signed by
the contractor.

Qu’il travaille en son nom ou qu’il utilise une tierce personne, le prestataire
s’engage à conserver de façon confidentielle tous les renseignements,
documents et informations relatives aux personnes transportées ainsi que
leurs destinations. Une déclaration de confidentialité sera signée par le
contractant.
Article 8 - Time for action
The contractor undertakes to respect the time of provision of the fare booked
when it was made several hours or days in advance.
In case of failure to meet deadlines the ITER Organization will apply penalties in
accordance with Article 9 of these technical specifications.
In case of persistent failure to meet deadlines, the ITER Organization has the
right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

Article 8 - Délais
Le prestataire s’engage à œuvrer á l’heure déterminée lors de la réservation.
En cas de non respect, conformément à l’article 9, ITER appliquera les
pénalités.
En cas de manquement persistant à respecter les délais, l'organisation ITER a
le droit de résilier unilatéralement le contrat.
Article 9 - Penalties
When delays in the performance of the services occur beyond agreed deadlines
for reasons due by the contractor, it incurs, without prior notice, penalties.
These penalties will equal:
• regarding the time for action as defined in Article 8 of this technical
specification, to a reduction of 10% on the aggregate amount of the fare per 10
minutes delay. This delay is counted from the time fixed for the appointment
when it was taken at least 12 hours earlier and from 20 minutes after the time
fixed for the appointment in the case of a call with immediate effect.
• beyond a half-hour delay the fare will be considered as not performed. If the
number of non-performed fares exceeds 10 per month for any type of reasons,
the ITER Organization has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
Article 9 - Pénalités

Conformément à l’article 8, une réduction de 10% par tranche de 10 minutes
de retard de l’heure fixée sera réclamée.
Au-delà d’une demi-heure de retard la prestation sera considérée comme non
effectuée. Si le nombre de prestations non effectuées est supérieur à 10 par
mois, quelque en soient les raisons, ITER se réserve le droit de résilier
unilatéralement le contrat.

Article 10 - Payment terms
Payment will be made by bank transfer at the latest 30 days from the date of
receipt of correctly rendered invoices.

Article 11 - Insurance
Before any commencement of execution, the contractor must have taken out
insurance covering risks associated with the performance of the services.
The Tenderer shall produce in the tender a certificate of insurance
covering risks associated with the performance of the services.
It must prove that he has a blanket liability insurance covering damage to
property, tangible and intangible non-consecutive and consecutive caused to third
parties during and after the performance of the services.
This certificate must come solely from an insurance company, a general agent, or
a mutual company.
It must contain at least the following:
• Name of the insured,
• The amount of collateral damage to, tangible, intangible non-consecutive
and consecutive,
• Amount of any deductibles,
• Activities guarantees accurate,
• Time and date of the certificate.
The contractor undertakes to inform the ITER Organization of any change
of insurer running services for any reason whatsoever, and to immediately
deliver a new certificate in accordance with the procedures described above.
The lack of insurance coverage will result in termination of the contract, and
costs and risks charged to the contractor.
Article 11 - Assurance
Avant tout commencement de prestation, l'entrepreneur doit avoir souscrit
les assurances couvrant les risques liés à la prestation des services.
Le candidat est tenu de produire dans l'offre le certificat d'assurance
couvrant les risques liés à la prestation des services.

Il doit prouver qu'il a la couverture d'assurance responsabilité civile
couvrant les dommages aux biens, matériels et immatériels non consécutifs
et consécutifs causés aux tiers, pendant et après l'exécution des services.
Ce certificat doit être exclusivement provenir d'une compagnie
d'assurance, d’un agent général, ou d’une mutuelle.
Il devra contenir:
• Le nom de l’assuré,
• Le montant des dommages collatéraux, les informations
corporelles, actifs incorporels non consécutives et consécutifs
• Montant des franchises
• Les activités précises garanties,
• Heure et date du certificat
Le contractant s'engage à informer l'organisation ITER de tout
changement d'assureur, fonctionnement des services pour quelque raison
que ce soit, et à immédiatement délivrer un nouveau certificat,
conformément aux procédures décrites ci-dessus.
L'absence de couverture d'assurance entraîne la résiliation du contrat, et
les coûts et les risques à la charge du contractant.
Article 12 - Consortia
Tenders can be submitted by groupings of service providers who will not be
required to adopt a particular legal form prior to the contract being awarded.
All eligible natural and legal persons or groupings of such persons (consortia)
may submit a tender. A consortium may be a permanent, legally established
grouping or a grouping which has been constituted informally for a specific
tender procedure.
However, a grouping of companies must nominate one party to be responsible
for the receipt and processing of payments for members of the grouping, for
administrative management of the service, and for coordination and safety.
Groupings of companies must provide the documents and information required
in point 4. The criteria in point 7 apply to the grouping as a whole.
All members of a consortium (i.e. leader and all other members) are jointly and
severally liable to the contracting authority. The participation of an ineligible
natural or legal person will result in automatic exclusion of that person. In
particular, if that ineligible person belongs to a consortium, the whole
consortium will be excluded.
Article 12 - Consortium

services qui ne seront pas tenus d'adopter une forme juridique particulière
avant l'attribution du contrat.
Toutes les personnes physiques et morales ou groupements de ces personnes

(consortiums) peuvent présenter une offre. Un consortium peut être
légalement constitué et permanent ou être un groupement constitué de façon
informelle pour la procédure d'appel d'offres.
Quoiqu’il en soit, le groupement d'entreprises doit désigner la partie
chargée de la réception et du traitement des paiements pour les membres du
groupement, de la gestion administrative du service, ainsi que de la
coordination et de la sécurité. Les groupements d'entreprises doivent fournir
les documents et renseignements requis au point 4.
Les critères énumérés au point 7 s'appliquent au groupement dans son
ensemble.
Tous les membres d'un consortium (c'est-à-dire chef de file et tous les autres
membres) sont conjointement et solidairement responsables à l'autorité
contractante. La participation d'une personne physique ou morale inéligible
entraînera automatiquement l'exclusion de cette personne. En particulier, si
cette personne inéligible fait partie d'un consortium, c’est l'ensemble du
consortium qui sera exclu.
Article 13 - Subcontracting
The Contractor may subcontract some parts of the services.
For each sub-contractor submitted during the execution of the contract,
the tenderer will produce:
• A specific declaration containing the following information:
1) the nature of the services expected to outsourced,
2) the name, the reason or the name and address of the proposed
subcontractor,
3) the estimated amount or percentage payable to the subcontractor,
4) the payment terms provided by the proposed subcontractor to the
contractor
5) the professional and financial capacity of the subcontractor.
• The certificate of honour from the ITER Organization correctly filled in
by the subcontractor.
• A written submission of the subcontractor with all supporting documents
to show his capacity for the services.
• A declaration of confidentiality

Article 13 - Sous-traitance

soumissionnaire doit produire:

le sous-traitant.
• Toutes les pièces justificatives concernant la capacité du sous-traitant
à réaliser la prestation.

• A copy of each driving license of each driver of the tenderer
• A copy of cars insurance documents
• A copy of staff insurance documents
• A statement indicating the cars they use to perform the services
• The pricing data sheet filled in (annex1)
• The tender’s commercial offer
Article 14 - Documents à transmettre

et grande remise)
• La copie du permis de conduire de chaque chauffeur concerné par le contrat,

• La copie concernant l’assurance du personnel mis à la disposition par le

contrat seront utilisés pour la prestation,
• La feuille de tarifs dument complétée (annexe 1),
